God has answered the cry of our hearts, and He has sent us a dynamic ministry couple to pastor our local church, Power and Praise Tabernacle.
Just when we needed a pastor who had the heart and ability to disciple believers in the walk of faith; when we needed that leader to help us raise up an army to walk in the power and spirit of Christ, God sent us Pastor Joe and Christina.
In their last mission, they were sent to a church in Horseheads, New York, that had recently lost their pastor quite tragically. Their job was to lead the church through a season of healing and restoration. By God's grace their assignment was accomplished, leaders where developed, new families were added. After 7 years they were able to leave Central Assembly spiritually stable and strong for the glory of God.
We are so excited to welcome our new pastor. Along with their two sons, Joseph and James, they will bring some well-needed life into our church family. We have known Joe and Christina for a long time. We know their character and integrity. We know their heart to raise up full-grown Christians and inspire evangelism.
